تبلیغات علیه اسرائیل در خیابانهای آمریكا و واكنش جالب مسئول آمریكایی

وی می‌گوید: «انتقاد از اقدامات یك دولت ملی به معنای انتقاد از كل مردم نیست. نمی‌توان هیچ گونه پیام ضداسرائیلی یا ضدآمریكایی در این پیام یافت. ما تنها خواستار حقوق برابر هستیم». به گفته وان ریچباور: «برای برگردادن این تصمیم، بسیار وقت داریم».

یك عكس تبلیغاتی كه برنامه‌ریزی‌شده بود تا هفته بعد بر روی اتوبوس‌های مترو به نمایش گذاشته شود، تبدیل به كانون بحث گردید.

به گزارش مشرق به نقل از ای بی سی، بر روی این عكس تبلیغاتی این چنین نوشته شده است: «جنایات جنگ اسرائیل: نتیجه مالیات‌های شما.»

شاید این نخستین بار است كه در آمریكایی كه لابی بسیار قوی از صهیونیست ها در پشت پرده ی ان است، علیه اسرائیل تبلیغات خیابانی می شود. مشخص است كه در حاتم بخشی بی منتهای آمریكا به اسرائیلی ها آنقدر افراط صورت گرفته است كه صدای گروهی از مردم آمریكا را درآورده است و به این تبلیغات برای قطع كمك های مالی به اسرائیل دست زده اند.

تبلیغات حاضر آنقدر برای صهیونیست های آمریكا سنگین تمام شده است كه شركت های صهیونیستی در آمریكا به شدت به اعمال فشار برای قطع این تبلیغات دست زده اند.

ستاد انتخاباتی آگاهی خاورمیانه سیاتل برای اینكه این پیام بر روی تعدادی اتوبوس به نمایش گذاشته شود مبلغ 1800 دلار به مترو پرداخته است.

از آن به بعد، عضو شورای بخش كینگ، "پیتر وان ریچباور" می‌گوید كه دفترش غرق شكایات مربوط به این آگهی شده است.

وی می‌گوید: «این نمونه‌ای است از حمله به دولت اسرائیل، با استفاده از تصویری كه به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است تا احساسات مردم نسبت به دولت اسرائیل و طبعا آمریكائیان یهودی برانگیزاند».

با این حال، اد ماست به همراه موسسه آگاهی خاورمیانه سیاتل اظهار می‌دارند كه مفهوم این پیام چنین چیزی نیست.

وی می‌گوید: «انتقاد از اقدامات یك دولت ملی به معنای انتقاد از كل مردم نیست. نمی‌توان هیچ گونه پیام ضداسرائیلی یا ضدآمریكایی در این پیام یافت. ما تنها خواستار حقوق برابر هستیم».

با این حال، مدیر بخش كینگ داو كنستانتین از مترو نخواسته است تا این آگهی را بردارند، بلكه خواستار بازبینی سیاست‌های تبلیغاتی آنها شده است.

یكی از سخنگویان این بخش اظهار داشته است كه مترو در حال حاضر دارای سه گزینه است: صرفا اجازه دهد تا آگهی‌ها به كار خود ادامه دهند، برداشتن آگهی‌ها، و یا به تاخیر انداختن ستاد انتخاباتی تا هنگامیكه بازبینی سیاست خود را تكمیل كند.

طبق گزارش مركز پژوهش های كنگره ایالات متحده، سالانه 3 میلیارد دلار كمك مالی آمریكا به اسرائیل است و طبق گزارش پایگاه ایف امریكن نو روزانه 7 میلیون دلار كمك آمریكا به اسرائیل و صفر دلار كمك جهانی به فلسطین است.

EXPULSION AND SEPARATED FAMILIES Israel expels Palestinians, separates Palestinian families, prevents Palestinian travelers from returning home, makes Palestinian living conditions unbearable, and commits outright assassination and murder of Palestinians. ILLEGAL ISRAELI SETTLEMENTS Palestinians are driven off their land in the Occupied Territories to make room for Jewish-only settlements. These illegal settlements are funded by the Israeli government and are strategically placed to annex farmland and water resources. Israeli Jewish settlers have rights that are denied to their Palestinian neighbors. REFUGEES For over 60 years, Israel has defied international law by refusing to let Palestinian refugees return to their homes; the refugees of this expulsion and their descendents today number in the millions. FALSE PEACE PROCESSES The 1993 Oslo Accords created a powerless Palestinian Authority whose only real authority was to maintain the military occupation for Israel. The 2000 Camp David II talks offered Palestinians not a state, but a series of reservations, subdivided by Israeli settlements and settler roads, controlled by Israel and the Israeli military. Through all peace negotiations, Israel has continued building more Jewish-only settlements, driving more Palestinians off their land, and killing more Palestinians. THE UNITED STATES SUBSIDIZES ISRAEL with more annual aid than we provide to all of sub-Saharan Africa and poverty-stricken Latin America combined. The U.S. also provides Israel with military technology: our helicopters, drones and bombs are killing Palestinians, costing us enormous amounts of taxpayer funds, and doing severe damage to our national security and international relationships. This conflict is not a struggle between equals. This is a powerful, well-armed state imposing a military dictatorship on another people. Stop spending our tax dollars on war crimes, apartheid and ethnic cleansing.
